Lois Austin

LITTLE ROCK — Lois Sue Austin, 70, of Little Rock died Friday at her home.

Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. today in Philadelphia Cemetery at Prattsville. Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan.

Tiney Clouter

SHERIDAN — Tiney Elizabeth Clouter of Sheridan, Ark., was born Dec. 10, 1923, in Sheridan, the daughter of the late Thomas Alva and Gladys Lula Brantley Clouter.

She attended Lost Creek Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary.

Ms. Clouter died Friday, Oct. 31, 2008, at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab Center at the age of 84.

Survivors: sister, Louise Clouter Nelson of Sheridan; cousin, Mary Stone of Sheridan; niece, Brenda Hardin of Sheridan.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3, 2008, at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Bro. Kenneth Click and Bro. Doyle Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow at Lost Creek Cemetery.

Visitation: 3-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Nellie Siegfried

TILLAR — Nellie Rose Siegfried, 83, of Tillar died Tuesday at Jefferson Regional Medical Center at Pine Bluff.

She was born Dec. 30, 1924, in Hopkins County, Texas, a daughter of the late Clyde H. Allen and Lucy I. Harrell Allen.

She was a security guard for Potlatch and a member of the Church of Christ of McGehee.

Survivors include seven sons, Harvey Mitchell, Carrol Mitchell, Dan Mitchell, Michael Siegfried, Monte Siegfried, Tracy Siegfried and Levi Siegfried; two daughters, Sherry Woods and Keisha Woods; and 22 grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements are by Griffin Funeral Service of McGehee.

Robert Curtis Sr.

HERCULANEUM, Mo. — Robert E. “Bobby” Curtis Sr., 44, of Herculaneum, Mo., formerly of Pine Bluff, died Oct. 28, 2008, in Missouri.

He was born July 19, 1964, in Pine Bluff, Ark., to Thersa Sellers of Hot Springs and the late William H. Curtis Jr.

He attended schools in Pine Bluff.

He was also preceded in death by brothers, Harold and Tommy Curtis; sister, Ester Stephens; and grandchild, Morgan Norrell.

Survivors: sons, Brandon Norrell of Cabot, Robert E. “B.J.” Curtis Jr. of Heber Springs and Nicholas Curtis Sr. of Cabot; daughter, Alicia Curtis of Herbine; brothers, Joey Curtis of Colorado Springs, Colo., Billy Curtis of Pine Bluff and Fred Curtis of Harrison, Ark.; sisters, Gloria Mead of Pine Bluff; grandchildren, Phoebe Norrell, Emily Norrell, Nicholas Curtis Jr. and Michael Wright.

Memorial services: 6 p.m. today at World Wide Christian Outreach Church in Hot Springs with burial in St. Louis, Mo.

Gwendolyn Buckingham, 72, of Pine Bluff, died Friday. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.

John Hardnett, 70, of Pine Bluff, died Friday. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
