ICVR ANNOUNCES YOUTH PROGRAM

The ICVR PEN OR PENCIL summer youth program is being conducted Monday through Thursday at the ICVR Weed and Seed office, 2003 N. University Drive, UAPB Plaza Suite 5.

The summer sessions are 10-11:30 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays for youth 9-12 years old and on Tuesday and Thursday 9-10:30 a.m. for youth 13-16.
Sessions include conflict resolution, violence and drug prevention, financial literacy and anti-bullying.
"We encourage youth between the ages of 13 to 16 to attend these summer sessions and become part of the 100 young people from Pine Bluff attending the PEN OR PENCIL National Dropout Intervention, Service Learning and Mentoring Youth Summit (July 20) at the Peabody Hotel in Little Rock, Ark.,” said Robin H. Cline, ICVR board member.
ICVR will provide free transportation and food summit participants.
