Willie Grigsby

STAR CITY — Mrs. Willie B. Grigsby, 81, of Star City, died, Saturday, June 20, 2009.

She was born in Phoenix to the late Green Perkins and Addie Marshall.

Her survivors include husband, Turna Grigsby Sr.; sons, Turna Grigsby Jr., Harold Grigsby and Larry Grigsby, all of Star City; daughters, Louise Parker of Chicago, Ill., Iceola Gillom of Leavenworth, Kan., and Addie Grigsby-Roshell of Little Rock; brother, Cleophus Marshall of Detroit, Mich.; 22 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Her services will be Saturday, June 27, 2009, at Polk Chapel Baptist Church in Yorktown by Rev. Alvin S. Newburn II at 2:30 p.m. Burial will be in Polk Chapel Cemetery.

Family hour will be today from 6-7 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.

The body will lie in state at the church from 1:45 p.m. until time of service.

The family will be at 3877 Broken Arrow Road, Star City, Ark.
