TEXARKANA, Texas — Kathleen Goodman Taylor passed from this life on June 28, 2009.

She was retired from Burgoyne Inc., where she worked in marketing.

She was born and raised in Grapevine, Ark. She has lived the last 48 years of her life in Texarkana, Texas and was a member of Westlawn Baptist Church.

She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be greatly missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dryfus and Maysel Goodman of Grapevine, Ark.; daughter, Terry Marie Williams of Austin, Texas; sisters, Nedgie Cearley and husband, Charley of Hendersonville, Tenn., Jo Eastwood of Grapevine, Ark.; Ruth Ross and husband, Richard of Grapevine, Ark.

She is survived by her husband, Billy E. Taylor of Texarkana, Texas; and children, Keith Edwin Taylor and wife, Jody of Keller, Texas, Gary Randall Taylor of Texarkana, Texas, Jan Taylor Graves and husband, Roger of Houston, Texas.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Stacy Jones and husband, Randie, Taylor Fowler, Jason Taylor and wife, Rachel, Justin Graves and wife, Sandra, Seth Peck and Shane Taylor; and her great-grandchildren, Jarrett Fowler, Ryan Taylor, Logan Jones, Ashley Taylor, Tanner Jones, Sofia Graves and Ethan Graves; and her brother-in-law, William Eastwood along with many nieces and nephews. And many good friends who love her.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 1 at Texarkana Funeral Home, 3515 Texas Blvd., Texarkana, Texas, with Rev. Greg Antley officiating. Graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday Grapevine Cemetery, Grapevine, Ark.

The family will receive friends from 5:30-7 p.m. today at Texarkana Funeral Home, Texarkana, Texas.
