J. Thomas May, chairman and chief executive officer of Simmons First National Bank, recently announced the promotions of five officers.
Brian W. Atkins was promoted to consumer loan officer. Atkins, in the Conway Region, received his bachelor's degree from the University of Central Arkansas.
Janetta L. Fuqua was promoted to consumer banking officer. Fuqua, who also works in the Conway Region, received an associate of arts degree in business from the University of Phoenix.
Jessica Keeton was promoted to consumer banking officer. Keeton, manager of the Conway-Salem Financial Center, attended the University of Arkansas Community College in Morrilton and is currently enrolled at the University of Phoenix pursing a degree in business finance.
Melanie Halfacre was named a consumer banking officer. Halfacre is manager of the Mammoth Spring Financial Center in the North Region and has completed more than 25 banking courses.
Jennifer L. Crowe was named to assistant vice president. Crowe, regional sales manager in the North Region, received her bachelor's degree in finance, with an emphasis in banking, from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.
