RAPE SUSPECT TOPS MOST WANTED LIST

A Little Rock man who failed to appear for trial on a charge of rape, heads the latest list of Jefferson County’s Most Wanted Felons, compiled by the sheriff’s department.
Capt. Bernard Adams said a warrant for Andrew Norvell Harris, 33, also known as Andrew N. Harris and Joshua Jones, was issued after he failed to appear in circuit court for a jury trial on July 7, 2009.
Harris is also wanted by North Little Rock authorities for failure to appear on charges of possession of a controlled substance.
He is a black male, 6-feet, 2-inches tall, weighs 170 to 180 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a medium complexion and medium build.
Harris’ last known addresses were 6200 Asher Ave., Apt. 143 in Little Rock, 409 N. 22nd Ave., Apt. 7, in Fort Smith, and an unknown address in Pine Bluff.
Second on the list is Travis Edward Ward, 27, who is wanted for first-degree battery on a warrant that was issued June 8, 2009 after he failed to appear in circuit court for a jury trial on June 4.
Ward is also wanted on felony charges of failure to appear on domestic violence and harassment allegations by the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Department in Littleton, Colo.
He is a black male, 5-feet, 9-inches tall, weighs 170 to 190 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a medium build and medium complexion.
Ward’s last known addresses were 715 W. 23rd Ave., in Pine Bluff, Rt. 1, Box 650 Oakwood Bay in Dumas, and an unknown address in Dermott.
Antonio Anturone Hart, 22, is wanted on felony warrants for first-degree terroristic threatening, carrying a weapon, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The warrants were issued July 14 and July 20 after Hart failed to appear for a revocation hearing in circuit court. He is also listed as an absconder by the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections.
Hart is a black male, 5-feet 8 to 5-feet, 10-inches tall, weighs 150 to 160 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a medium complexion and medium build.
His last known address was 5606 W. 10th Ave., in Pine Bluff.
Cedric Bernard Pitts, 29, AKA Cedrick B. Pitts, is wanted for aggravated assault, first-degree criminal mischief, and felon in possession of a firearm.
The warrant was issued July 14 after he failed to appear for a revocation hearing. There is also an active protection order against him where he is restrained from assaulting, threatening, abusing, harassing, following, interfering or stalking the protected person, Keonna Robinson, or her child.
Pitts is a black male, 5-feet 4 to 5-feet, 8-inches tall, weighs between 150 to 170 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a medium build and dark complexion.
His last known addresses were 16 E. Circle Drive, 73 Cypress Drive, 901 W. 13th Ave., and 4301 W. Short 4th Ave., all in Pine Bluff.
Yuwanda M. Pitts, 35, is wanted for aggravated assault on a warrant that was issued Nov. 20, 2007, for an incident Oct. 10, 2007, where she purposely engaged in conduct that created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Tamara Jones.
There are also warrants for Pitts from Jefferson County District Court that were issued Jan. 16, 2007 ,for failure to comply with orders of the court.
Pitts is a black female, 5-feet, 8-inches tall, weighs 165 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a medium complexion and medium build.
Her last known addresses were 1420 Linden St., Apt. 1 and 2310 W. 25th Ave., both in Pine Bluff.
Patrick Thomas Traywick Jr., 36, also known as P. Thomas Traywick and Patrick T. Traywick is wanted for residential burglary, theft of property and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
The warrants were issued in January, 2004 after he failed to appear for a hearing on revoking his probation on Dec. 9, 2003. He is also listed as an absconder by the Department of Community Corrections.
Traywick is a white male, 5-feet, 11 to 6-feet tall, weighs between 140 and 150 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes, a medium build and fair complexion.
His last known addresses were 1307 Hardin Reed Road, 3606 Rayhan Road, and 5606 Flipper St., all in Pine Bluff.
Cedric Antoine Furlow, 22, AKA Cedrick A. Furlow, is wanted for residential burglary, theft of property on a warrant issued June 18, 2009 alleging he entered or remained unlawfully in the residence of Major Calloway and took a .38-caliber handgun belonging to Calloway.
A second warrant issued July 23, 2009 charges that Furlow failed to appear for a jury trial on burglary and theft charges on July 16. Furlow is also listed as an absconder by the Arkansas Parole Board after being convicted of burglary and theft.
Furlow is a black male, 5-feet, 5-inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a medium build and medium complexion.
His last known address was 3204 Allister Drive in Pine Bluff.
Joseph James Epperson, 52, also known as Peanut Epperson, is wanted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, unauthorized use of property to facilitate a crime, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The warrant was issued July 16 after Epperson failed to appear for plea and sentencing in circuit court on July 14.
Epperson is a black male, 5-feet, 8-inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a medium build and medium complexion.
His last known addresses were 1604 W. 29th Ave., and 4500 W. 27th Ave., both in Pine Bluff.
Jaqueline Johnson Pam, 36, AKA Jaqueline Pam, Jackie Denise Pam and Jaqueline Denise Pam, is wanted for violating the hot check law, and filing a false report of a crime.
The warrants were issued June 22 for probation violation after Pam failed to appear for a revocation hearing. She is also listed as an absconder by the Department of Community Corrections.
Pam is a black female, 5-feet, 6-inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a medium build, and medium complexion.
Her last known addresses were 2003 N. Spears St., 2401 Bell St., 3009 N. Iris St., 2400 Bell St., 1703 S. Olive St., 1904 W. Havis St., and 2108 W. 26th Ave., all in Pine Bluff.
Lonnie F. Malone, 50, is wanted for violating the hot check law on a warrant issued Dec. 8, 2006 alleging she wrote more than $6,000 in hot checks. She also has six warrants from district court and is wanted by the Sheridan Police Department for hot check violations.
Malone is a black female, 4-feet, 11-inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a heavy build and dark complexion.
Her last known addresses were 1113 W. 24th Ave., and 2504 S. Linden St., both in Pine Bluff.
