NEW YORK CITY — For thousands of American tourists each year, New York’s television studios are listed as musts on the stop list.

The network officials, responsible for the details of handling visitors who flock to the stations each year, to say the least, have their hands full arranging for tickets.

Ray West, a former Pine Bluff resident, is one of those officials.

West, a graduate of Pine Bluff High School, is manager of ABC TV’s Guest Relations Department in New York.

“Our work is a continuous experience in human relations,” West said.
