BASKETBALL MADNESS FRIDAY AT UAPB

The Arkansas-Pine Bluff men’s and women’s basketball teams will host Golden Lion Basketball Madness on Friday to serve as the official kickoff to the 2009-10 basketball seasons.

Doors to H.O. Clemmons Arena open at 6 p.m. and the event begins at 6:30 p.m. There will be contests and games for university students as well as a faculty and staff vs. greek basketball game.

There will also be a drawing to win a 26-inch flat screen TV as well as food coupons, gas cards and gift certificates.

Admission is free and free pizza will be provided for the first 200 fans.
