Think about that stack of stuff in the attic or at the back of the closet, collecting dust.
It could collect money instead.
Pine Bluff’s Ramada Plaza Hotel will host The Great Treasure Hunt Roadshow where people may bring items to see how much money they may be worth.
The roadshow will be open:
Tuesday, 2-7 p.m.
Wednesday, 9a.m.-6 p.m.
Thursday, 9a.m.-6 p.m.
Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
Saturday, 9 a.m.- 3 p.m.
“We deal in a wide variety of items,” said roadshow co-owner Nick Gervasi.
Roadshow employees appraise and offer to buy things such as guitars, comic books, jewelry and sports memorabilia, he said.
“We do shows nationwide,” he said.
The roadshow has been ongoing for about 20 years, although this is its first stop in Pine Bluff, Gervasi said.
“If a city’s good to us we’ll come back,” he added.
Recent finds included an Abraham Lincoln document and a picture of Babe Ruth, Gervasi said.
