‘END ZONE’ TO RUN FRIDAY

This week’s edition of “In The End Zone” will run Friday instead of Saturday because of the number of high school football games that will be played Thursday instead of Friday.

All but two games that feature teams in Southeast Arkansas will be played Thursday. Games played Thursday will include El Dorado-Pine Bluff, Benton-Watson Chapel, Star City-Dollarway, Little Rock Mills-White Hall, North Pulaski-Monticello, Hamburg-Dumas, Fordyce-McGehee, Lake Village-Warren, Drew Central-Camden Harmony Grove and Woodlawn-Dermott.

Sheridan-Texarkana and Prescott-Rison will be played Friday. Prescott-Rison will be for the 7-3A Conference Championship.

The Commercial’s Week 10 Poll will be in Wednesday’s edition.

The first round of the playoffs for all classifications is next week.
