CASA ANNOUNCES KICK-OFF KICKBALL GAME

Committee Against Spousal Abuse (CASA) Women’s Shelter and the CASA Board of Directors will hold its first annual co-ed kickball fundraiser.

CASA has provided shelter for more than 6,000 women and children from Southeast Arkansas during the last 20 years.

CASA provides emergency care for victims of domestic violence 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. CASA remains the only domestic violence shelter in Jefferson County.

The kickball fundraiser will be held at Jefferson Regional Park Softball Complex on Nov. 14 at 8 a.m.

Registration will start at 7:30 a.m. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and there is a minimum of 10 people per team. The cost is $10 per participant. A concession stand will be available.
