CAMDEN (AP) — Police in Camden say a suspect has been arrested in the shooting death of a man on Christmas Eve.

The suspect was arrested on a second-degree murder warrant in the fatal shooting of Robert Merritt and is jailed on $50,000 bond.

Police say Merritt was found dead on the floor of the suspect’s south Camden home Saturday night and the suspect was also at the home and was arrested.

Online court records do not show that the suspect has been formally charged.
