Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Smothered chicken patty, macaroni and cheese, herbed green beans, white bread, cranapplesauce and milk.


Tuesday, Jan. 10


Hamburger patty, Delmonico potatoes, lettuce/onion/tomato, hamburger bun, peach cobbler, mustard or ketchup and milk.


Wednesday, Jan. 11


Beef stroganoff, green peas, seasoned cabbage, dinner roll, banana pudding and milk.

Chicken and dressing, sweet potato casserole, okra and tomatoes, wheat bread, carnival cookie and milk.
