Neighbor to Neighbor’s annual winter fundraiser, “Souper Tuesday,” will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17 at Gallagher Hall of St. Joseph Catholic Church, 412 W. Sixth Ave.

Hot and ready 16-ounce potato soup and chicken and dumpling soup will be for sale, as well as a variety of quart size “Celebrity Soups,” specialty soups made by local chefs and home cooks.

The hot and ready soup comes with crackers and dessert for $7 and the celebrity quart size soups (cold, no sides) will sell for $10. All soups will be available for take out, but patrons buying the hot and ready soups may eat in between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. There will also be baked goods available for purchase.

All soup must be purchased at St. Joseph’s. Orders of 10 or more to the same location can be delivered between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Jan. 17, although orders must be made by Friday, Jan. 13. Call 534-2883 to place an order.

All proceeds will benefit Neighbor to Neighbor, which provides food and emergency services to more than 40,000 people each year in Jefferson County.
