Gragg Inc. presented Teddys for Tots to Southeast Arkansas communities during the Christmas season to bring joy to the smallest members of the population, the toddlers, according to a spokesman.
The goal of the agency is to help Southeast Arkansas residents by doing a common good, the spokesman said. Teddys for Tots were donated for children in hospitals in Dumas, McGehee, Monticello, Warren and Pine Bluff.
Each area hospital was presented with Teddy bears in gift bags from Gragg Inc. Some hospitals were planning to provide them to children who come through the emergency room. Others were going to provide them to children who were patients or who were having lab work during the holidays.
The founder of Gragg Inc. is Chris Gragg of the Buffalo Bills, a former Arkansas Razorback (2008-12) and Warren Lumberjack Graduate (2008).
“I have always liked helping people, but I also like to be different,” Gragg said in a news release. “I know what it is like to be looked over (forgotten) during this time of year, so I really like helping the people most forget.”
