Several White Hall High School Future Business Leaders of America members won awards at the District III FBLA Conference Feb. 8 at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.

Forty-nine FBLA students from White Hall, along with advisers Dottie Strahan and Courtney Harp, attended the conference. The following received awards at the District III event and will attend the state FBLA Conference in April:

1st Place Business Ethics — Priscilla Foreman and Desiree Furlow; 1st Place Accounting I — Griffin Haynes; 1st Place Digital Video Project — Ethan Bridgforth, Justin Ho, Bin Qaslim; 1st Place Future Business Leader — Michaelyn Ferrell;

1st Place Introduction to Financial Math — Justin Dady; 1st Place Introduction to Parliamentary Procedure — Sara Hulse; 1st Place Personal Finance — Julia Taylor; 1st Place Public Speaking II — Jaxon Davis; 2nd Place Business Calculations — Kathleen Bridgforth; 2nd Place E-Business — Leah Hendrix, Hunter Holcomb, and Rachel Thrash;

2nd Place Graphic Design — Blake Needler; 3rd Place Agribusiness — Spencer Owens; 3rd Place Business Communications — Dutton Day; 5th Place Accounting II — Jaskirat Thind; 5th Place Economics — Maggie Cooper; 5th Place Introduction to Business — Samuel Doss; 5th Place Marketing — Blaze Boyd and Caleb Stewart.
