The Pine Bluff Chapter 287 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees will meet at 11:30 a.m. Monday, April 24, at the Donald W. Reynolds Community Services Center, 211 W. Third Ave.
The keynote speaker, Mary Pringos from Go Forward Pine Bluff, will discuss the proposal as it pertains to government/infrastructure, education, economic development and quality of life. Participants should bring questions or concerns to address during the question and answer session.
According to a press release, members from Chapter 287 will attend the NARFE Arkansas Federation 62nd Annual Convention scheduled April 27–28 at Heber Springs. Delegates will be Linda Murray, Brenda Robinson, Delores Kelley, Joyce Johnson and Billie Minton.
The business agenda will also include an Alzheimer’s Walk and member’s birthday luncheon.
