One woman was hospitalized and one was arrested Tuesday after a stabbing in a Fort Smith parking lot.
Fort Smith police were dispatched at around 4:30 p.m. to the 500 block of North Greenwood Road, where they arrested Doretha G. Simpson, 40, of Fort Smith. Laura D.
