The Pine Bluff Police Department will sponsor the National Night Out program from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.

The free activity will include refreshments, public awareness booths, games and prizes for children, bounce houses, door prizes and entertainment for the entire family, according to a press release.

Free bus rides to National Night Out will be given to residents. Bus 1 will begin picking up residents at 4:30 p.m. at Coleman Intermediate School at West 13th Avenue. Other stops include 28th Avenue and Taft, Jefferson Heights, Super 1 Foods at 28th and Hazel Street and Jefferson Square.

Bus 2 begins at 4:35 p.m. at the old Food King parking lot, 16th Avenue and Linden Street. Stops also include Merrill Center, 1000 S. Ash St., Chester Hynes, Boys & Girls Club and Super 1 Foods on Dollarway Road.
