The Jefferson County Board of Election Commissioners will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 12.

The tentative agenda includes ballot position drawing the Pine Bluff School District election, special election reimbursement status, budget detail report/claims paid update, state minimum wage for poll workers, assign voting precincts – three requests from county clerk.

The agenda also includes a Swan Lake polling site, approve Pine Bluff School District polling sites, approve conducting White Hall, Dollarway and Watson Chapel school districts annual millage elections by absentee ballot and early voting, obtain county judge’s approval for pre-election clerk, machine preparation technicians and election coding work and obtain county judge’s approval for continuing election office administration.
