The Pine Bluff police are asking the public for help in locating a missing Pine Bluff man. At approximately 4:30 p.m. on July 8, Andy Harris was reported missing by his family, according to a police department news release. Harris may still be driving in a red 2002 Chevy Avalanche that looks like the one pictured.


The vehicle should have expired Indiana license plate X9J474, which will return to Michael Harris. Andy Harris is known to be around the King Street area by the lake and the 21st and Beech Street area.
