Simmons Bank at Pine Bluff recently added three new staff members — Mark Dutton of Star City, as well as Russell Barker and Duncan Bellingrath, both of Pine Bluff.

Dutton joined Simmons as a community banker in June. Previously, he served as vice president and branch manager at AGHeritage Farm Credit Services at Star City. Dutton attended the Barrett School of Banking at Memphis, Tennessee, University of Missouri at Columbia, and University of Arkansas at Monticello.

Barker began in July as a community banker. Prior to joining Simmons, Barker was a loan representative, business development specialist and business consultant. He graduated from Arkansas State University at Jonesboro and received additional training from the Arkansas Bankers Association and National Development Council.

Bellingrath has been with Simmons since 2015 and became a junior community banker in June. He graduated from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in May 2017.
