The Clinton Foundation announces a partnership for the second year in a row with B.R.A.V.E., Pine Bluff’s Black Firefighters Association, during its annual Project Fresh Start 2017 on Saturday, Aug. 12.
This yearly back-to-school giveaway event will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.
The Clinton Foundation will give away 1,000 back packs filled with school supplies on a first come, first served basis. In addition, a presentation on healthy food will be conducted by members of the Clinton Foundation’s restaurant staff.
Up to 200 bags of healthy foods will also be given away on a first come, first served basis.
B.R.A.V.E. and QualChoice will partner to distribute an additional 2,000 bags containing school supplies. School uniforms will also be given away on a limited basis.
Vendors, refreshments, entertainment and other giveaways galore will also be featured.
Project Fresh Start helps youth get a fresh start for the upcoming school year.
