The Arkansas Parole Board on Tuesday turned down applications from four Southeast Arkansas residents who were seeking to have Governor Asa Hutchinson pardon them.


The four, the county of conviction and the charges or charges they were convicted of are as follows:Contessa Williams, Jefferson County, shoplifting.Earl Woods, Lincoln County, first-degree sexual abuse, incest.Robert Blair, Jefferson County, five counts residential burglary, two counts commercial burglary, five counts theft of property, one count theft by receiving.Irean Harris, Jefferson County, theft of property, second-degree forgery and financial identity fraud.
