The Pine Bluff Veterans Fair will offer services to Southeast Arkansas veterans from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.

The Pine Bluff fair will have a variety of services such as veterans claims assistance, veterans health eligibility, immunizations, banking, education and employment information.

The Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs partnered with Jefferson County, Pine Bluff, White Hall as well as local education and business agencies to bring the one-stop shop to veterans.

“We are bringing resources to the veteran on the veteran’s time,” Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs Director Nate Todd said in a news release. “We do this so the veteran does not have to give up an hour or two of wages to come see a veteran service officer during the week. Our veterans deserve that.”

This event is the fifth in a series of Saturdays ADVA is sponsoring for veterans, their family members and survivors.
