JACKSONVILLE - Mr. Elvin E. Carroll, Sr., 69 of Jacksonville, Ark. passed Monday, October 23, 2017 Elvin Earl Carroll, Sr. was the first born of Elvin M. Carroll and Vodia Crain Carroll on the June 24, 1948.
While growing up in Pine Bluff, he accepted Christ at an early age and practiced his Baptist Faith at Lampkin's Chapel MBC throughout his childhood and stayed true to his faith throughout his adult life.
Elvin was a 1966 graduate of Merrill, Jr. - Sr. High School and later a graduate of AM&N College (UAPB) with a degree in biology. He started his federal government career with the US in the US Department of Agriculture, retiring from the US Postal Service.
Elvin was proceeded in death by his parents, sibling Q.C. Carroll, Lawrence Wesley Carroll and Erma Jean Clark.
He leaves to mourn his death siblings Milton (JoAnn) of Little Rock, Ark. Lavonne (Elliott) Carroll Gilbert of Arlington, Texas and Norma Jean Nicholson of Pontiac, Mich.; three children, Kim Carroll of Milwaukee, Wisc., Elvin (Leslie) Carroll Jr. of Kentwood, Mich., and Farrell Carroll of Milwaukee, Wisc.; 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends with special friends Monetta Higgins & her family and Bettye Stewart, mother of his children.
Elvin was a quiet, simple man who loved to read especially the Bible, 50's TV programs, music & his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
A Graveside Service will be 10 a.m., Friday, November 3, 2017 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Ark. by Judge Marion Humphrey.

Cedric Devon Lightfoot, 43, of Pine Bluff, Ark., passed Thursday, October 26, 2017 at JRMC. He was born March 31, 1974 to Laura Lightfoot Bush and Billy Wayne Adams in Pine Bluff, Ark. After graduating from Watson Chapel High School he attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff for a brief period. He later moved to Stevens Point, Wisc., then moved to Columbus, Ohio. Cedric was married to Sameth Lam and had one daughter, Latesea Lightfoot. He also had one son, Nasir Toles. He returned to Pine Bluff where he lived the remaining five years of his life.
Cedric was a kind and caring young man. He touched the lives of many people. He loved playing football and was an avid domino player and enjoyed playing with his friends at Jones Barbershop until his health began to fail.
Cedric was preceded in death by his mother, Laura Lightfoot Bush; two brothers, Floyd Bush, Jr. and Eric Adams; his maternal grandfather, Lewis Lightfoot; and his paternal grandparents, Lonnie and Mary Adams.
He leaves to celebrate his memory: a daughter, Latesea, and a son, Nasir, both of Columbus, Ohio; his father, Billy Wayne Adams; four sisters, Sada Adams and Dameria Adams, both of Augusta, Ark., Erica Wright of Jacksonville, Fla., and Lakesha Walters of Rochester, N.Y.; and one brother, Terrell Adams, of Searcy, Ark. Cedric was raised by his grandmother Lillie Lightfoot along with his aunts and uncles. His memory will be cherished by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of Cedric's life will be held 12 noon Thursday at Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff by Rev. Leon Williams.
WHITE HALL - Paul Joseph Reginelli, age 55, White Hall, Ark., died at his home and went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 25, 2017.
Paul was born September 20, 1962 in Jefferson County to the late Jimmy Reginelli of Pine Bluff and the late Gloria Reginelli of White Hall.
He was joined in marriage to Teresa, June 24th, 1989 and shared twenty-eight years of a wonderful life. He was blessed with three wonderful children, Jackie and Crystal McCool of Mountain View, Ark.; Natalie McCool of White Hall; and the baby, Sarah Reginelli of White Hall. He was also blessed with his grandchildren, Jared Keen and Lillyanne McCool of Mountain View.
He leaves behind his Father in law, NA McKinney; two brothers, James Reginelli of Hardin; Gene and (wife) Karen Reginelli of Benton; two sisters, Betty and (husband) Shelby Smith of Watson Chapel and Marie and (husband) Louis Walls of Star City. He was also survived by his brothers in law, Dennis and (wife) Marty McKinney of Beaumont, Texas; Donnie McKinney of Crossett; Nathan McKinney of Star City; Link McKinney of Memphis; sisters in law Karen and (husband) Frank Stallings of Columbia, S.C.; Pamela and (husband) Steve Goulder of Baytown, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy Reginelli of Pine Bluff; Gloria Reginelli of White Hall; and his Mother- In- Law Joy Belle McKinney of Star City.
He was the Spiritual Leader in his home and always gave his Praise and Glory to the Lord Jesus Christ for all things good or bad. He attended Centennial Fellowship Church of White Hall and loved the fellowship with his Pastor, Dennis Owens, and his church family.
He worked for Lennox Industries of Stuttgart where he gained the love and respect of all Leaders and employees who knew him.
Paul was an avid sports person but his passion was the game of golf. He enjoyed playing this game with his son, Jackie, and with his friends at JC’s.
Paul had the opportunity to become acquainted with many people at the Arkansas Cancer Institute in Pine Bluff during his illness with cancer. He was always so appreciative of the dedication of each nurse and doctor that cared for him. He was not only inspired by the staff but enjoyed fellowship with other patients during his journey.
My Husband was always thinking of me and the family and made the decision of cremation and no funeral services. He did not want me to go through anymore heartache than I had been through already. I thank each and every one who has honored his wishes and hope you understand and respect his final wishes.
He will be laid to rest in Memorial Cemetery off of Dollarway Road.
My heart aches for you Paul, and you will truly be missed from this place but I know Heaven acquired a soldier of the Lord when you made your way to see Jesus.

Nellie Burnett White, age 88 of Pine Bluff, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017 at her daughter’s home in Malvern. She was born May 21, 1929 in Monticello, Ark. to the late Frank Burnett and Jessie McKay Burnett.
Survivors include one son, Edward White of Pine Bluff; three daughters, Anna Maples of Malvern, Peggy Kathy of Patterson, Calif. and Kathy Anderson of Washington State; twelve grandchildren, twenty one great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

RISON - Doris Mae Jacks, age 96, of Rison, died Sunday, October 29, 2017 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock. Mrs. Jacks was born March 30, 1921 in Cleveland County, Ark., to the late William Andy and Maudie Ellen Rodgers Willis. She was retired from Ben Pearson. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jacks was preceded in death by her husband, Terrell Lewis Jacks; son, Perry Lynn Jacks; sisters, Lois Young, JoAnn Goldman, Marie LeBlanc, Eugene Clowers, Barbara Willis; brothers, Arlee Willis, Cullen Willis and Bill Willis.
She is survived by her grandson, Gary Lynn (Ambra) Jacks of Conway; great grandson, Paxton Jacks of Conway; sisters, Betty Willis and Pauline Phillips, both of Pine Bluff.
