Chuck Morgan, president and chief executive officer of Relyance Bank, announced the recent promotions of LaTasha Randle as customer service representative II and Destiny Coleman as assistant branch manager.
Randle was promoted at the branch headquarters on Cherry Street. She began her career with Relyance Bank in 2015 serving as the Olive Street assistant branch manager. Randle attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Pine Bluff. She is a past board member of the Jefferson County Boys and Girls Club. She is chairwoman of the Jefferson County Young Professionals Network and a board member of the Leadership Alumni. Randle is a volunteer with the United Way of Southeast Arkansas, Elite Girls and Relay for Life.
Coleman, a Pine Bluff native and Watson Chapel High School graduate, was promoted at the Olive Street branch. Coleman began working at Relyance in 2015 as a teller. She is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in accounting at Southeast Arkansas College. Coleman is an active member of the Order of the Eastern Star/PHA. She has served as a volunteer through Relyance Bank to present financial literacy within local schools and volunteered with the local Salvation Army initiatives.
