Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The activity schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Tuesday, Dec. 5


Beef taco meat, shredded cheese, lettuce and tomato, Mexican corn, fiesta vegetables, flour tortilla, lemon pudding and milk.


Wednesday, Dec. 6


Sausage with onions, and peppers, baked beans, seasoned cabbage, hot dog bun, strawberry fluff, mustard and milk.


Thursday, Dec. 7


Beef stroganoff, California vegetables, country tomatoes, wheat bread, chocolate cake,and milk.


Friday, Dec. 8


Chicken spaghetti, field peas, sliced carrots, cornbread, oatmeal cookie and milk.
