Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The activity schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Tuesday, Dec. 12


Turkey ham and white beans, cut yams, turnip greens, cornbread, cinnamon sugar cookie and milk.


Wednesday, Dec. 13


Ranch beef, confetti rice, Creole squash, Texas bread, glazed fruit and milk.


Thursday, Dec. 14


Pork loin, country gravy with parsley, lima beans, okra and tomatoes, dinner roll, German chocolate cake and milk.


Friday, Dec. 15


Hamburger patty, lettuce/tomato, crispy cubed potatoes, hamburger bun, hot spiced apples, mustard /ketchup and milk.
