In the culmination of a 48-year career with Central Moloney, Inc., R.R. “Bo” Siever has announced his retirement. He will continue to serve the company as a member of the board of directors and will hold the honorary position of CEO Emeritus during 2018.
According to a news release, “In continuance of a legacy of strong leaders, the board has tabbed Chris Hart to become the company’s new president/CEO.”
Hart has led from his current position of executive vice president since 2013 and joined the CMI family in 2002. Central Moloney, Inc. is a 100 percent employee stock ownership plan company. They currently operate two facilities in Jefferson County and employ more than 500 workers.
“The company’s legacy of building the industry’s finest transformer and components products began in 1949,” the news release said.
