The Pine Bluff Arsenal named Danielle Graves the director of resource management, replacing Althea Lampkin, who retired in January.
Prior to this position, Graves was the accounting officer. She is responsible for directing and coordinating the arsenal’s Army Working Capital Fund budget, financial reporting, payroll and manpower management. She also serves as the Logistics Modernization Business Process Owner for finance and continues to serve in this role as a subject matter expert, according to a news release.
A native of Pine Bluff, Graves is a graduate of White Hall High School and resides in Cabot. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration-accounting from the University of Central Arkansas, as well as a master’s degree in accounting. She has a Department of Defense Financial Management certification and is Acquisition Level II in Business Financial Management.
Graves began her arsenal career as a summer accounting intern in the directorate in 2006. Graves’ new appointment was made in August.
She has also been a staff accountant for AshGrove Packaging at Little Rock. She returned to the arsenal in 2008 and was assigned to the Logistics Modernization Program cadre as the budget and finance member. Graves was instrumental in the implementation of this system at the arsenal, the news release said.
She holds multiple certificates of appreciation, a Beyond Expectations Peer Award from the U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command, and is active in her local community service as a Junior Auxiliary board member.
