RISON - Kaye Phillips, 74, of Rison passed away Thursday, January 25, 2018 at her home. Mrs. Phillips was born January 11, 1944 in Rison, Arkansas, to the late Robert Hugh Davis and Juanita Pearson Shelby. She was retired from Abbott Enterprises. She was a faithful member of Rison Baptist Church. According to her family, she loved Jesus and Dr. Pepper. Mrs. Phillips is preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie C. Phillips.
She is survived by two brothers, Hugh Davis of San Antonio, Texas, Dr. Jamie Davis of Houston, Texas; one sister, Vicki Rawls of Conway; many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly, as well as extended family members and her church family that she considered family as well.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 29, 2018 at Rison Baptist Church in Rison with Brother Wade Totty and Brother Danny Allen officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Rison. Visitation will be prior to the funeral service at the church, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Pallbearers are Kevin Beatty, Clay Totty, Nathan Jacobs, Benny Davis, Bob Wilson and Chris Hendricks. Mrs. Bobbie A. Creggett-Gray, 63, passed Tuesday, January 23, 2018. She was born November 2, 1954 In Pine Bluff, Ark. to the late Andrew Creggett, Jr. and Bertha Creggett.
She leaves to cherish her memories: Two sisters, Evelyn Creggett, Roslyn (Danny) Creggett-Carpenter and one brother, Robert Earl Creggett.

Reverend Homer L. Mattox, 91 of White Hall, went to be with the Lord, January 25, 2018.
Born July 2, 1926 at Pine Bluff, he was a son of the late Tom and Nora Fikes Mattox.
A painter by trade, Reverend Mattox passion was spreading the word. He was a minister of the Gospel well over 50 years. When he wasn’t witnessing to others he enjoyed fishing, playing the guitar and spoiling his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Earnest, Edward and Aurthur Mattox; sisters, Mae Hulse, Lula Marvel and Lucille Marvel; and a great-grandson, Andrew Hayes.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Ida Jo Smith Mattox, to whom he married June 18, 1964; sons, Greg Mattox (Sandy) and Doug Mattox; daughter Janet Azlin (David); seven grandchildren, Rachel Strayhorn (David), Carrie Hayes (DJ), Nikki Bratton (Cody), David Azlin, Jr., Gregory Azlin, Justin Mattox (Donita) and Christie Mattox; five great-grandchildren, Aaron, Anna, Madison, Austin, Alexis; and many other loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 30th, 2 p.m. at Cranford Funeral Chapel in White Hall with Brother Greg Mattox and Brother BJ Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow in Ramick Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday from 6-8p.m. at the funeral home.

Lea Ann Dobbins Tedder, 57, formerly of Dewitt, Arkansas, passed away Friday, January 26, 2018.
She was born August 25, 1960, in Pine Bluff to James and Joyce Dodds Dobbins.
She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her mother; daughters, Marquita O’niel, Catherine Tedder; son, Nicklaus Sears; sisters, Elaine Easterling, Paula Holland, Brenda Beacleay; brothers, Tommy Dobbins, Arnold Lowery and one grandchild.
