Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The activity schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Sausage with onions and peppers, oven roasted potatoes, mixed beans, hot dog buns, vanilla crème cookie, mustard and milk.


Tuesday, Feb. 6


Garlic Rosemary chicken, seasoned cabbage, glazed carrots, white bread, pineapple upside down cake and milk.


Wednesday, Feb. 7


Beef chili macaroni, southwest corn, mixed greens, cornbread, cinnamon sugar cookie and milk.


Thursday, Feb. 8


Honey mustard chicken, whipped potatoes, green bean casserole, dinner roll, brownie and milk.


Friday, Feb. 9


Sliced turkey breast, Swiss cheese, pasta salad, peaches with cottage cheese, wheat bread, orange delight, mustard and milk.
