Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The activity schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday, Feb. 12


Salisbury beef, brown gravy, country potatoes, glazed beets, wheat bread, lemon swirl pudding and milk.


Tuesday, Feb. 13


Fajita chicken, cheese/ lettuce/tomato, fiesta rice, flour tortilla, hot apples with raisins, taco sauce and milk.


Wednesday, Feb. 14


Chicken Alfredo, fettuccini noodles, broccoli, dinner roll, scalloped apples, strawberry frosted cake and milk.


Thursday, Feb. 15


Beef chili with beans, yellow rice, creamy Mexican corn, saltine crackers, strawberry glazed cake and milk.


Friday, Feb. 16


Cranberry orange chicken breast, lima beans, seasoned cabbage, cornbread, sugar cookie and milk.


Monday, Feb. 19


The center will be closed for President’s Day.
