Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The activity schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Wednesday, Feb. 21


Chicken spaghetti, whole kernel corn, glazed carrots, dinner roll, cherry fluff and milk.


Thursday, Feb. 22


Glazed turkey ham, candied yams w/apples, mixed greens, cornbread, sugar cookie and milk.


Friday, Feb. 23


Hamburger patty, lettuce/tomato, crispy cubed potatoes, hamburger bun, hot spiced apples, mayonnaise or mustard milk.
