Daniel Joseph Kushmaul, age 68 of Pine Bluff, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018.
Born in Jonesboro, AR on October 12, 1949, he was a son of the late R. H. Kushmaul and Edith Yandle Kushmaul. He was reared and educated in the White Hall area and was a 1967 graduate of White Hall High School.
Mr. Kushmaul served in the United States Navy as a boatswain’s mate on the USS Oklahoma City.
For 20 years, he worked at the Pine Bluff Arsenal. He was also a member of White Hall United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Marylon Ashcraft Kushmaul, whom he married on September 5, 1970; three brothers, Richard Kushmaul, Ronald Kushmaul, and John Kushmaul; two sisters, Margaret Arensman and Mary Trimble; along with other loving family and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 28, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at White Hall United Methodist Church. The service will follow at 11:00 a.m. and interment will follow in White Hall Methodist Cemetery by Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral Directors.

Christopher Puckett, Sr.
Rison- Christopher Todd Puckett Sr., age 39, of Rison passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018. He was born August 9, 1978 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, to Joseph Lamar and Linda Carolyn Lovette Puckett. Todd was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a wonderful husband and father, loving to spend time with his sons. Todd was a faithful Christian.
Left to cherish the wonderful memories of him are his wife, Tiffany Anne Puckett; sons, Christopher Puckett Jr., Steven Puckett; his parents, Lamar and Linda Puckett; brother, Jeff (Karen) Puckett; sister, Rhonda (Ricky) Gill and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other loving family.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 27, 2018 in Varnell Cemetery at Rison with Brother Danny Allen officiating. Star City - Leverne Sarah Williams Rochell, 54 of Star City passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018 at her home. She was born October 11, 1963 in Tarry (Lincoln County) to the late Fred and Tearessie Jacobs Williams. She was a member of St. Ollie Missionary Baptist Church, worked for Star City Schools in the cafeteria and was a 1982 graduate of Star City High School.
Also preceding her in death were 4 brothers, Leo Cheatom, Leroy Williams, Clarence Williams and Morris Williams; and 3 sisters, Geneva Williams, Vader Mae Bearden and Dorothy Williams.
Survivors include her husband, David Rochell of Star City; son, Lamar (Megan) Rochell of Alexander; 2 daughters, LaRonica (Hassan) Mack of Newnan, GA and Kiesha (Kenyon) Lewis of Alexander; 3 brothers, Fred (Berlene) Williams, Jr. of Pine Bluff, Lorenzo (Annie) Williams of Ladd and Johnie (Yvette) Lee Williams of Star City; 2 sisters, Bobbie Dunn and Lorene (Edward) Harris, both of Tarry; 5 grandchildren, Iyanna Mack, Alivia Mack, Elias Mack, Isaiah Lewis and Kaden Rochell; sister-in-law, Rutha Williams of Tarry; 2 special nieces, Zaria Thomas and Iniyah Shaw, both of Ft. Smith.
Funeral services are 11:00AM Saturday at St. Ollie Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Melvin Harrison officiating. Visitation is 6:00-8:00PM Friday at Griffin Funeral Service. Burial at St. Ollie Cemetery.
