The Community Empowerment Council will conduct summer camp from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. June 11 through Aug. 3 for youth 6 to 13 years old. Activities will be provided along with breakfast, lunch and a snack.
Registration is being held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays through June 8. The registration fee is $20 (non-refundable) and camp costs $65 for eight weeks. Applications can be picked up at 1711 Ohio St.
“Camp is a great way to keep your child engaged through the summer with planned, exciting activities to look forward to,” a spokesman said in a news release.
In accordance with Federal civil rights law and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the agency won’t discriminate.
