The Pine Bluff Faith Community Coalition Ministerial Alliance will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 28, at Liberty Utilities Inc., 1100 S. State St.
A special gift will be presented to the Hope Women’s Resource Center of Pine Bluff.
“The gift supports the center’s work with young pregnant women which provides confidential care to those men and women dealing with unplanned pregnancies,” the Rev. Jesse C. Turner, PBFCC Ministerial Alliance president, said in a news release.
The alliance will share information with clergy on PBFCC’s “Eight Community Pillars” based on a collaboration to support the city of Pine Bluff.
Reports from the Justice Pillar will include the National Alliance of Faith and Justice Ten Point Crime Prevention Plan for Pine Bluff. Clergy will receive updates on community development, education and other pillars. Light refreshments will be served.
