The Jefferson County 4-H program will conduct a day camp for 5 to 9-year-olds from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, July 12. The event will be held the conference room of the Jefferson County Extension Service, 500 Idaho St.
“The camp will provide exciting hands-on interactive activities in the areas of STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), citizenship, and healthy lifestyles education through sessions taught by county 4-H Teen Leaders,” Pia Woods, County Extension Agent for 4-H Youth Development, said in a news release.
