Naomi Helen Barlow, 71 of Pine Bluff, went to be with the Lord Saturday, July 7, 2018.
Born August 28, 1946 at Bayou Meto, she was a daughter of the late Aubrie Heston Horton and Cynthia Helen Thompson Horton.
Mrs. Barlow was a member of South Pinewood Baptist Church. She was a dedicated employee of Stant Manufacturing for many years and also worked at the Pine Bluff Arsenal. Her pastimes included dancing, yardwork, bull riding, and the rodeo.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Butch Barlow in 2001 and a nephew, Tommy Horton.
Naomi is survived by her sister, Virginia “Virgie” Carter; brother, Hubert Horton (Sarah); long time companion, James “Buzz” Harrison; nieces, Tammy White, Teresa Baker; nephews, Tony Horton, Doug Carter, Kenneth Carter, and Keith Allbright; sister-in-law, Brenda Allbright (Bobby); and faithful friend, Bonnie the Bassett Hound; along with many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 10 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Home.
Services will be held in the Chapel of Fuller Hale-South at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday July 11, 2018. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery

Joseph Belvedresi, 87, of Pine Bluff, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was born July 31, 1930 in Pine Bluff to the late Leo and Mary Ortolani Belvedresi.
Joseph was reared and received his education in Pine Bluff, graduating from Pine Bluff High School. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He then became a police officer for the Pine Bluff Police Department, rising to the rank of Captain. Joseph then served at the Jefferson County Sheriff’s office, before working and retiring from the Arsenal as a Captain. He was also a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Also preceding him in death were 3 brothers, Shorty Belvedresi, Floyd Belvedresi, Pete Belvedresi; and 2 sisters, Bee Borgognoni and Clara Belvedresi.
Survivors include his wife, Rosalie Gray Belvedresi, whom he married October 19, 1955; daughter, Jeanean (Gene) Gailey; 2 sons, Tony (Karen) Belvedresi, Danny (Cindy) Belvedresi; 3 sisters, Lena Cash, Edith Borgognoni, Roseanne Jurls; 5 grandchildren, Lori Belvedresi, Justin Cowart, Blaine Gailey, Brandon Belvedresi, Megan Belvedresi; and 2 great grandchildren, Garrett Cowart and Grant Cowart.
Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son with Father Joseph Marconi officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 until service time. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.

Dumas - Onita Ollar McFalls, 86 of Dumas, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018 at Lincoln Heights Healthcare in Star City. She was born November 4, 1931 in Cornerville to the late T. D. “Bus” and Oma Lee Haygood Ollar. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dumas, was a retired school nurse for Dumas School District and was a member of the Red Hats Society in Dumas.
Also preceding her in death were her husband Thomas J. McFalls; 2 daughters, Jo Carol Burnett and Cindy McFalls and a brother, Merrill Ollar.
Survivors include 3 daughters, Charlotte (Larry) Burnett, Connie (Ray) Lenderman, all of Dumas and Camille (Marty) Chambers of Glendale; 2 sisters, Billie Jo (Lavon) White of Greenwood and Ellen Rose Watson of Columbia, MO; sister-in-law, Jo Ollar of Monticello; 8 grandsons and 2 granddaughters; 4 great-grandsons and 4 great-granddaughters.
Funeral services are 10:00AM Thursday at Griffin Funeral Chapel with Bro. Brad Elrod officiating. Visitation is 6:00-8:00PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial at Drake Cemetery. Sheridan - Laura Crane, 60, of Sheridan, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on July 8, 2018.
She was born September 13, 1957, in California, to Richard Cliff, Sr. and Nancy Joan Kerr Cliff.
She graduated from Dollarway High School and had worked as a Jeweler and at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
She was a member of Claude Road Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Joan Kerr Doyle.

Oklahoma City, Okla. - Robert Richard Wessels, 89 of Oklahoma City passed away peacefully on July 8 2018. Robert was born to Oscar and Helen Wessels in Stuttgart, Arkansas on August 22, 1928. For four years of Robert's life he worked as a Railroad signalman, for 33 years. Robert worked in Paper Mill Operations and did tax preparation for several years.
He held multiple Officer positions in the United Paper Workers International Union. Robert enjoyed fishing and family genealogy research. He is survived by his daughter Barbara Seeger, husband Steve, of Round Rock, TX, daughter Karen Kapka, husband Mike, of Warr Acres, OK, and stepson, John Eddie Flemmons, and wife Linda of McGehee, AR. Brother Charles Wessels, wife Wanda, of Ruston, LA, brother Lloyd Wessels, of White Hall, AR, sister Ruby Poteet, husband Jerry, of Pine Bluff, AR, brother Bill Wessels, wife Cheryl, of Casa Grande, AZ.
Robert is also survived by his six grandchildren, Eddie Flemmons, JR, Christy Peacock, Brad Flemmons, Ricky Flemmons, Eric Seeger, Sam Kapka, and 8 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Nelle Wessels. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America. Services will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Edmond.
