Gov. Asa Hutchinson announced several appointments Tuesday:


Joseph Spadoni, Pine Bluff, to the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board. Appointment expires June 22, 2021. Reappointment.


Allen Homra, Stuttgart, to the Arkansas State Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, and Interior Designers. Appointment expires April 26, 2023. Replaces Rajesh Mehta.


Gail Shepherd, Fayetteville, to the Arkansas State Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, and Interior Designers. Appointment expires April 26, 2023. Replaces Ronald Shelby.


Gene O’Nale, North Little Rock, to the State Emergency Response Commission. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2022. Replaces Jerry Bell.


Matthew Scott, Russellville, to the State Emergency Response Commission. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2022. Replaces Richard Dawe.
