Cabot - Jessie R. "Bill" Kelley, 86, of Cabot, passed away on October 6, 2018. He was born October 12, 1931, to the late George Alvin and Alice G. Kelley. Bill served in the Army and the Army Reserve for eight years. He retired from Safeway Grocery stores where he was a meat cutter. He was a member of Mount Tabor United Methodist Church.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of sixty five years, Loriene Marie Kelley; children, Mike Kelley, Cindi (Jim) Maynard, and Carl (Karen) Kelley; grandchildren, Joshua, Jonathan, Jay, Joseph, Jessica, Melissa, Leilani, Christina, Gregory; and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Wanda Skelton, and brothers, Leon Kelley and Bobby Kelley.

Visitation will be held at Mount Tabor United Methodist Church, 4100 Highway 89 South in Cabot from 10:00 am to 11:00am Wednesday, October 17th, 2018, with Memorial Service to follow.

A private interment will be held at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.

Ina Arnold

Jesup, Ga. - Ina Jean Hudson Arnold, 87, of Jesup, Georgia died Sunday, October 7, 2018 after an extended illness. The Arkansas native was a former member of First Emanuel Missionary Baptist Church in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Jessup and had lived in Wayne County the past few years. She was a co-owner of Arnold's Grocery in Pine Bluff and a homemaker. Mrs. Arnold was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Daniel Arnold; son, Hugh Richard Arnold; great grandchildren, Madison and Tanner Smith.

Survivors are her daughter, Brenda (Tony) Smith of Jesup, Georgia; two grandchildren, JaMark (Erica) Smith of Screven, Georgia and Dusty Smith of Cape Coral, Florida; three great grandchildren, Presley Smith, Avery Smith and Dani Soblotne.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 15, 2018 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison with Reverend Robert Cossey officiating. Interment will follow in Wilson Cemetery at Rison. Crossett - Wanda Stinson McHan, age 69, of Crossett, passed away October

11, 2018, at the Ashley County Medical Center in Crossett. She was born March 9, 1949, to her parents, James and Willene Barnett Stinson, and spent most of her life living in Crossett. She was a retired caregiver at the Magnolia Manor in Hamburg, and an avid Razorback Fan as was evident in her home, and yard decorations.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Willene Stinson; and two daughters, Tammy Renee Hopkins, and an Infant daughter.

Survivors include her father, James Stinson; one son, Jamie Hopkins, and wife, Laura, all of Crossett; one daughter, Marka Lambert, and husband, Marcus of Little Rock; one brother, Wayland Stinson, and wife, Margaret of Crossett; one sister, Claudia Horton of Monticello; she was also proud Grandmama to three

grandchildren, Jeremy Cutrell of Wynne, Justin Cutrell of Rison, and Hannah Hopkins of Crossett; two great-granddaughters, Addilynn Marie Cutrell and Kennedy Grace Halley; and a host of beloved nieces and many cousins.

A celebration of life will be lead by Mr. Johnny Bolin at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 14, 2018, at the Medders Funeral Home Chapel in Crossett with burial to follow in the Unity Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jamie Hopkins, Jeremy Cutrell, Justin Cutrell, Wayland Stinson, Brandon Fitch, and Gaudencio Arce. Honorary Pallbearers will be Keith Barnett, Thomas Carter, and David Owens.

Margaret Hayes

Margaret Bond Hayes, 78, of the Hardin Community in Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on October 12, 2018.

She was born August 2, 1940, in Pope County, AR, to Glen W. Bond, Sr. and Oma Faye Norris Bond.

She was reared and received her education in Atkins, graduating from Atkins High School in 1958. She was a member of White Hall United Pentecostal Church and a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Hayes, whom she married on December 21, 1958, in Atkins and her father.

Survivors include her daughter, Lisa D. Merritt, (Stephen) of Sheridan; her mother, Oma Faye Norris Bond of Atkins; a brother, Glen W. Bond, Jr. (Jeannie) of Early Branch, South Carolina; grandchildren, Sarah Scott (Jared) of Sheridan, Rebekah Coleman (Cory) of Forest, Mississippi, Hannah Espitia (Fernando) of Sheridan, Rachel Hall (Chance) of Forest, Mississippi, Benjamin Merritt (Cheri) of Sheridan, Elisabeth Merritt, Deborah Merritt, Jonathan Merritt, Joel Merritt all of Sheridan; great-grandchildren, Wyatt Merritt of Sheridan and Abigail Coleman of Forest, Mississippi.
