The second annual Let’s Make It Legal Business Workshop will be held from 5-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, at the welcome center of Southeast Arkansas College.

The sponsors are The Generator (an innovation hub of Go Forward Pine Bluff), and the Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR), according to a news release.

Wesley Harris and Jacob Bryan, student lawyers of the law school’s Business Innovation Clinic, will conduct the business formation workshop.

“When starting a new business you will usually form a legal entity,” according to the release. “Do you know what is the best one for you?”

The Business Innovation Clinic Team aims to help businesses figure out these matters, according to the release.
