A tree that was estimated to be at least 75 years old fell Tuesday afternoon, damaging a house at West 35th Avenue and Cherry Street.


Bob Rhinehart, who lives nearby, said the house, built around 1936, is owned by Al White, who Rhinehart said was in Hot Springs on Tuesday.


The extent of the damage to the two-story structure was not immediately known.
