Pine Bluff police are asking for help in identifying two men who broke into the Brown Bag Liquor Store at 1416 W. Sixth Ave. on March 27.

Pine Bluff police are asking for help in identifying two men who broke into the Brown Bag Liquor Store at 1416 W. Sixth Ave. on March 27.


According to a police report, police responded to an alarm at the store at approximately 6:07 a.m., and found that a hole had been cut in the southeast section of the roof.


Officer Sylvester Davis said in a report that the hole in the roof led to a storage room in the back of the store.


Security video showed what appeared to be two black males wearing blue hoodies enter the building at about 5:30 a.m., and make their way behind the counter where they emptied a trash can on the floor and started to fill it with cigarettes and small bottles of liquor. They also checked the cash drawers before leaving the store.


The amount of merchandise taken was undetermined when the initial report was taken.
