SOUTH 6TH STREET, 1100 BLOCK: An Enduro motorcycle valued at $5,000 was reported stolen from a residence.


MARY STREET, 3800 BLOCK: Property valued at $625, including a guitar and a drill, were reported stolen.


SOUTH 25TH STREET, 1100 BLOCK: A white and gold iPhone 6 valued at $600 was reported stolen.


MIDLAND BOULEVARD, 2800 BLOCK: Property valued at $300, including a PlayStation3 and several video games, were reported stolen in a residential burglary.


SPEER STREET, 5000 BLOCK: Property valued at more than $500, including a wallet and cash, was reported stolen from a residence.


ASSAULTS


A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported second-degree battery after her boyfriend choked and beat her while at Midland Bowl on North 32nd Street.


FORGERIES/FRAUDS


JALISHA JAYNA WILCOX, 24, OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion of second degree forgery and a parole violation for attempted unauthorized use of an Arvest Bank account, according to a police report.


ILLEGAL DRUGS


RYAN MAJOR VANMATRE, 26, OF ALMA was arrested during a traffic stop at Bluff Avenue and South S Street on suspicion of possession of a Schedule II narcotic with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, a Crawford County felony warrant for failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine with purpose to deliver, according to a police report.


TERRORISTIC THREATENING


A FORT SMITH MAN reported that his girlfriend’s ex-husband sent the man a text stating that if the man ever came back on his land "there was a good chance he would be met with a bullet."


OTHER INCIDENTS/ARRESTS


CHARLES DOUGLAS MORGAN II, 37, AND KATELYN ECHO ENYEART, 28, OF MENA were arrested on suspicion of attempted theft of more than $1,500 in property from Walmart on Zero Street, including tools and electronics. Upon booking at the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center, Enyeart told police she had methamphetamine on her and she was then charged with possession, according to the police report.


SAMANTHA JEAN MEINERT, 32, OF MULBERRY was arrested on a felony Sebastian County warrant for failure to appear, according to a police report.


LUIS RODRIGUEZ, 21, OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion of interfering with emergency communications, a felony, and aggravated assault following a domestic dispute in the 1300 block of North 41st Street, according to a police report.
