Evidently, Mr. Duffy is one of those who cannot accept the fact that Trump won the election, therefore, he must let off steam with a tirade of predictions that is merely wishful thinking. I suppose that helps him get through those bad days when he looks at reality and admits America is much better off now. I don’t think he really believes what he said, he just wants to feel better and he has no safe room to run to.

In 1985, we were going on our vacation and when we were 300 miles away from home, our two daughters were arguing about something back home, so there was no way we could prove it until we got back home, therefore, I said to put up or shut up; each of you have a savings of a few dollars at home so put up your savings and the right one will get it all. One said OK, and the other wouldn’t. That stopped the argument immediately.

I’m not going to argue with Mr. Duffy; all I want to know is the timeline. Sometime this year? Before November 2019? The next thing I want to know is how much will he wager that he is right and what kind of odds will he give? While we are at it, how much and what odds on Trump not winning the next presidential election? I’m not saying that I would bet with you, but I am challenging you to put your money where your mouth is. Jesus said in Matthew 6:21, "Where your treasure is there will your heart be also."

Someone will call your wager and you can donate your winnings to charity or whatever; if you are right, it’s all yours. I simply challenge you to put up or shut up.
