Quynci Williams-Joyner, a Pine Bluff native, was recently chosen to represent Jacksonville in the next Mrs. Arkansas International Pageant on April 15 at Jacksonville.

Quynci Williams-Joyner, a Pine Bluff native, was recently chosen to represent Jacksonville in the next Mrs. Arkansas International Pageant on April 15 at Jacksonville.

The competition will include personal interview, physical fitness, evening gown and onstage questions. Joyner’s platform is “Leading with the Heart — Heart Health Awareness in Student Athletes.”

The winner of the pageant will compete for Mrs. International in July 2012 at the Northshore Center for the Performing Arts at Chicago.

Joyner was selected fifth runner-up in Mrs. Arkansas America 2012 and winner of Mrs. Merry Christmas 2011 at Conway. She is married to Victor Joyner. She is the daughter of Diane Murrell of Pine Bluff and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. H.O. Williams. She is an employee of the Pulaski County Special School District.
