One letter was read by Richardson from the International Office concerning the Endowment Funds. A motion was made by Debby Davies to donate equal portions to all six funds. This motion was seconded by Sara Milner. The treasurer’s report was read and a motion was made and seconded that it be filed for audit. In other communications, a thank you card was read from Richardson to her sisters, thanking them for her flowers and meal provided after her recent surgery.

The Ways and Means Committee did an “excellent job” on the recent Super Bowl Football Board as it sold out and did well. The box to the overseas soldier, Joe Breazeale, was mailed, however, the time in transit is unknown.

Trisha Shank presented the cultural program for the evening on Really Simple Syndication. After that, Secret Sister gifts were exchanged, the dollar pot drawing was held and the Closing Ritual was read.

After finalizing the next meeting location, the meeting was adjourned and the sisters said their thank yous and good-nights.
