The annual Pine Bluff High School art exhibition will open in the Simmons Gallery at the Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas an opening reception to be held from 4-6 p.m. May 2.

The annual Pine Bluff High School art exhibition will open in the Simmons Gallery at the Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas an opening reception to be held from 4-6 p.m. May 2.

Entitled Teen Life: Expressions of Pine Bluff High School, the event is sponsored by Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel.

This yearís exhibition will feature 20 to 30 pieces of student work including Arkansas Young Artistís Association awarded work.

Eleventh grade art student Ashley Gragg took first prize in the Colored Pencil Expressive category, while senior art student Michael Shelton took first prize in the First Year Black and White Reproduction category; both Gragg and Sheltonís awarded work will be featured in the exhibition.
